Important Notice Regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
We're writing to inform you that the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which provides eligible households with discounts on internet service, is currently not accepting new applications and has ended for now.
Why has the ACP ended?
The ACP has been temporarily suspended due to a lack of further funding from Congress. The last fully funded month of the program was April 2024.
What does this mean for current ACP subscribers?
Current subscribers: Your current ACP benefits have discontinued.
New applications: Unfortunately, new applications for the ACP are not being accepted at this time.
When will the ACP resume?
The future of the ACP depends on whether Congress provides additional funding. If funding is approved, the FCC will issue further guidance.
What should I do if I have questions about my bill?
Please contact our customer support team directly for any questions regarding your internet service and billing.
We understand that this news may be disappointing. We will keep you updated on any developments regarding the ACP as soon as information becomes available.
